The Technical Maintenance Department is part of our integrated services we provide. The Department includes staff with various technical and educational background (engineers, technicians, etc.). The technical and logistical preparation and readiness provides for our teams with capacity to reach the clients in not more than 4 hours all over Macedonia.

This is scheduled and planned daily activity which provides our clients with possibility to manage and budget their funds in transparent and optimal manner. It also yields additional saving of time for the client employees and ensures maximum and optimal focus on the main activity for the client.
These are contingency services due to problem in functionality of equipment and machines i.e. partial or total failure in the functioning of the main activity of the client.
These are delivered upon receiving a call by the client – the call is processed and teams are deployed on site to remedy the failure. This operation is carried out in the shortest time period possible.
The importance of this manner of delivery of service is that appropriate team is selected through the operational center that will get the job done as soon as possible and provide optimal, uniform, quality and quick service for the client, enabling him to continue with the main activity.
These interventions are mainly regarding protection of the technology, equipment and property of the client during weekends, holidays or afternoon hours, in order to reduce the risks of high damage that could be caused by Force Majeure.
This intervention is about preventing the spread of the damage and in the same time, if possible, remedying of the defect. If this is not possible and involvement of greater scale is required, it will be additionally remedied in cooperation with the client.
